Web-based dashboard for internal risk assessment
Objectives:
My primary responsibility involves translating complex business requirements into engaging dashboards and interactive platforms, aiming to exceed user expectations. This is achieved through comprehensive user research, including journey mapping, persona creation, and rigorous testing across various scenarios. Designs are iteratively refined from low to high fidelity using advanced tools like Figma. Our strong client relationship is evidenced by ongoing communication and being valued as trusted advisors.

Supplier Sustainability Portal – DocuSign integration
Background:
DocuSign integration for EPA documents (Environmental Protection Agency in USA). SSP project wanted to integrate Docusign into SSP to have suppliers sign EPA documents online instead of printing, signing, and scanning documents.
This would reduce the manual workload for the supplier and reduce the compliance risk. The document will be generated automatically based on the information sourced from the system (supply chain and delivery form information). The MVP will include the possibility for the majority of waste & residue feedstocks, as well as crop-based feedstocks to use the feature.
The design included:
- Clarifying the requirements
- UI Concept with prototypes of different scenarios
- EPA templates and how to show the data fields
- Look and feel according to the Neste Design System

Objectives:
Over a two-week project, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the website’s structure, design, content, user journey, and features with the goal of implementing significant improvements. This included updating visuals, layout, and design to align with current trends and enhance user engagement.
Efforts were also made to improve navigation, accessibility, and overall usability. Additional features were introduced or upgraded to meet current standards and user expectations. Following positive reception, the project was extended to three months due to client demand, indicating the success of our efforts.

Myhyundai is An online customer portal designed to provide users with comprehensive access to their car-related information, along with news updates and customer rewards.
Objectives:
- Comprehensive Access: Create a user-friendly interface where customers can easily view and manage all aspects of their car-related information, including service history, warranty details, and vehicle specifications.
- Engaging Content: Provide engaging and informative content such as industry news, product updates, and exclusive offers to keep users informed and entertained.
- Reward System: Implement a rewards program that incentivises customer engagement and loyalty through competitions, discounts, and special perks.
- Personalisation: Utilise data-driven insights to personalize the user experience, offering tailored recommendations and promotions based on individual preferences and behaviors.
